Keki Baug is just a 2 hours drive from Mumbai & Pune & 1 hour drive from Navi Mumbai. Central line trains from Mumbai take 1hour 45 minutes to Neral. From there, Keki Baug is just 7 mins drive.

Existing infrastructure

Five sectors (A to E) have been completely developed and sold. Over 250 N.A. (Nonn-Agricultural) plots have been allotted to their respective owners. We have already handed over 32 bungalows and villas to their proud owners. Two others are under construction and will be completed soon.

Our own bore-wells provide water to Kéki Baug through two water tanks of 50,000 liters and 75,000 liters each throughout the year.

Kéki Baug has its own in-house fabrication workshop specially for its esteemed clients, wherein your wrought iron furniture like your beds, tables, chairs, stands, bar stools, etc. as well as your gates, sit-outs, window grills and so on can be made to order according to your styling preferences.

Rental Returns

Your beautiful villa / bungalow could be rented out through our existing scheme. However, this income depends upon the demand for bookings.
