Also at present, the area surrounding Kéki Baug falls under the Green-Zone, wherein no polluting industrial activity is permitted assuring you your fresh, non-polluted air and abundant greenery.

Besides this the entire belt around the Matheran hills, a near distant view from Kéki Baug is declared under the Eco-Sensitive Belt wherein there is restrictive development making Kéki Baug the perfect destination to holiday or retire!
